Available Sample Types:
We offer a variety of sample solutions to simplify your decision-making process. You can choose from digital mockups, unbranded physical samples, video previews, and fully customized branded samples.
Digital Mockup (Virtual Sample):
For personalized or private label products, we provide a digital preview featuring your logo or design applied virtually to the product or packaging. This option helps you visualize the final outcome and is completely free of charge. Our in-house design team specializes in creating these digital proofs and related artwork. Once you approve the digital mockup, you can proceed with your order. Creation of virtual samples usually takes between 10 to 30 minutes.
Unbranded Physical Sample (Blank Sample):
This is a low-cost option where we send you the actual product without any branding. It’s ideal for checking the item’s quality, size, and material. These samples are shipped globally and are typically sent in a random color available in stock. The lead time for processing a blank sample is about one week.
Customized Physical Sample (Branded Sample):
These are actual products printed or customized exactly according to your specifications, including logo and color. There is a fee for logo setup and international shipping. This type of sample offers the most accurate preview of your final product and takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of customization.
Shipping of Samples:
All samples are shipped using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. We can also consolidate multiple sample items into one shipment if you are reviewing several products, helping save on shipping costs.
Quality Control of Samples:
Each sample undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and is free from defects.
